What you get on every plan.

Available where you work

Any app with a text field. Slack, Chrome, Notion, Mail, WhatsApp, Discord, your terminal. No plugins, no per-app setup, nothing to configure.

macOS 14 and laterWindows 10 and 11

Adapts to where it is going

A prompt for Midjourney gets flag syntax. The same thought for Claude gets prose. A message to a colleague keeps your voice and gets shorter, not longer.

Ten destinations recognised so far, and new ones as they ship.

Reads the conversation, not just the sentence

It looks at what is on screen around your caret, so a one-line reply can be rewritten against what it is replying to.

Read for that keystroke and discarded. None of it is stored anywhere.

The more you use it, the more it sounds like you

Your vocabulary, your sentence length, your spelling, the greeting you always use. It builds that from your own drafts, so the hundredth rewrite sounds more like you than the first did.

The profile lives on your computer. Building it sends a batch of recent drafts to be summarised, which are not kept. Read every word of it, or delete all of it.

The awkward questions.

No. Free and Pro run on our key, so there is nothing to find and nothing to paste. If you already have an Anthropic, OpenAI or Google Gemini key, Lifetime lets you pay for Polido once and run unlimited rewrites on it instead.

You pay $49 once ($39 until 31 December). In Polido, open Plan and paste your Anthropic, OpenAI or Google Gemini API key. Every rewrite then runs on it, with no monthly limit, and your provider bills you for what you use, usually a fraction of a cent a rewrite. You get every Pro feature except Teams, on all your computers, for good: every update is included and there is nothing to renew.

It stays on your computer: in the Mac's keychain, or encrypted for your Windows account. Each rewrite sends it to our service with the text, which uses it for that one call to your provider and then forgets it. We never store it or write it to a log.

Nowhere until you double-tap. Then the text in that field goes to our service and on to the AI model (Anthropic's, or your own provider's on Lifetime), and the rewrite comes straight back. We keep counts, never the words, unless you switch on sharing yourself. The details for IT teams are at polido.app/security.

One press of the hotkey. Re-running at a different tone, or pressing tab to add an instruction, counts again, because each one is another call. Undo does not.

The panel says so, and rewriting pauses until the month turns over or you upgrade. Nothing else about the app changes, and nothing you have written is affected.

Yes. It learns how you write from your own drafts: your words, your spelling, how long your sentences run. You can read all of it in Your writing, delete it with one button, or switch it off.

Your team's own rules, folded into every rewrite anyone on the plan makes. For image and video prompts that is art direction: palette, lens, grade, the things you never want and the aspect ratios you ship at. For messages and docs it is the writing standards you already argue about in review. Written once, applied by everyone.

Pro is half price with an academic address. Write to us from it.

Any time. In Polido, open Plan and choose Manage or cancel subscription; on a team plan, the person who bought it does this. It keeps working until the period you paid for ends. Annual is billed once and refunded pro rata in the first thirty days. Stuck? Email hello@polido.app and we will cancel it for you.

Write it rough. Send it polished.
